Description:

  • Responsible for hygiene in all food outlets, kitchens, stores including pest control management
  • Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and proper storage of operating equipment (china, silver, glassware) and utensils
  • Responsible for regular maintenance of all machinery (dishwasher, pressure cleaner, bin cleaner and garbage areas)
  • Control hygiene standards, breakages, inventory control, chemicals and training of stewards
  • Assist the Executive Chef and outlet managers in maintaining the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Drive the current Food Safety Management System (FSMS), maintain its consistency and reports the outcome & result of FSMS practices to the Executive Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Hotel experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Malaysia
