Description:

  • Supports the Senior Talent Development Manager in the implementation of training and development system and its policies and procedures for the Hotel.
  • Conducts classroom training programs using corporate’s training kit.
  • Handles and manages the administration of the hotel’s training database and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) accurately and timely.
  • Handles and manages the hotel’s recruitment of interns and their welfare.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management/Hospitality Management or Diploma in Psychology or at least 3 years of working experience that is related to the training & development function.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Keen interest and passionate for continuous learning and facilitating classroom trainings for rank and file participants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details with sound administrative skills
  • Self-driven with a presentable outlook and friendly personality
