Description:

The position is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as assigned by Director of Engineering.

• Assist to manage short and long term planning of engineering department.
• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operation of engineering team to deliver an excellent service experience and product quality to Hotel Guests and Team Member.
• Control and follow up all maintenance issues within the hotel, the preventive maintenance program and performing maintenance checks.
• Ensure smooth running of all the hotel’s technical process, installation and managing renovation projects, develop emergency programs, and take on special projects as assigned.
• Train the Team
