Description:

The position is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as assigned by Training & Development Manager

Regularly conduct gap analysis and needs assessments to identify current and future learning and development needs.

Conduct property training program, Coordinate training sessions, managing attendance, gathering staff feedback and managing training record.
