Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning bookings arriving by email, telephone, or through a booking system.
Requirements:
- Diploma in tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Customer-service experience.
- Data entry experience and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and cool attitude.
