- Hotel Management School, Diploma specializing in Rooms
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or supervisory level in Front Office with 5 star hotel properties.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office )
- Knowledge of Opera Computer System
- Excellent command of English and other languages is an advantage
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
