Description:

This position will report to EAM.

The executive chef is responsible for all culinary activities in the hotel. This position will manage and oversee all activity in the kitchen, train staff, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage culinary budget.

Requirements:

Applicants without minimum 5 years experience and 5 star experience in same position will not be considered.
