Description:

To translate the concept and ideals of the brand into a successfully operating restaurant by assuming overall responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant and the implementation, evolution and ongoing improvement of standards and profitability.

Achieve the highest food, drink and service standards in order to exceed both guests and staff expectations.

Act as a role model for staff and ambassador for the brand, reflecting its unique culture, positive attitude and excellent standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Industry certifications (e.g., ServSafe, Food Safety, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in the hospitality or food service industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
    • Experience managing branded or franchised restaurants is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency in a standalone restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and lead a diverse team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
    • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including health and safety regulations, inventory management, and vendor relations.
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities in high-pressure situations.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, restaurant management software, and digital ordering platforms.
