Description:

• This Position will report to the Director of F&B / Restaurant GM Of Jamie’s Italian Kuta Beach
• Increasing Revenues of all Hard Rock Hotel F&B Outlets including Jamie’s Italian Kuta Beach
• Sourcing new business opportunities ie partnerships, special offers, events etc
• Build and maintain great guest and client relationships and regularly entertain present and potential accounts / sources of business
• Always work closely with HRHB Sales Department to ensure effective plans and executions are in place.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Business Management or Marketing
• Familiar with sales reports, contract rates, target and market segments
• Wide network of contacts
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Active person with outgoing personality
• Positive attitude
• Independent and team player at the same time
• Result oriented in order to achieve the target
