Description:

Reporting to the Chairman of the company, this individual is a key member of the corporate team who drives the company together with the Vice-Presidents of Marketing, Finance & Human Resources.

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operating activities of all hotels and resorts managed by the company and at the same time directing long-term business performance.

Requirements:

Through partnering with General Managers of all hotels and resorts managed by the company, this position is responsible for:

• Providing direction and coordinating actions consistent with attainment of business plans for growth and profit.
• Designing and provide metrics to monitor and assess operational effectiveness and efficiency, and as such lead General Managers in improving the operating systems and process that create and deliver outputs and outcomes.
• Coordinating efforts between the Vice-Presidents of Marketing, Finance & Human Resources to optimise the performance of the company as a whole.
