Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

• Responsible for the effective leadership and operational management of the restaurant & bar to achieve planned business goals while maintaining brand and company standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and internal processes.
• Drives and executes the agreed F&B Business Plan working closely with the Executive Chef.
• Leads and coaches the restaurant & bar crew to implement, maintain and continuously work towards improving operating standards. In this role, designs and provides metrics to monitor and assess effectiveness and efficiency and as well as works with the management team directly to diagnose and search for acceptable and practical solutions to challenges.
• Trains and develops the restaurant & bar crew and as well as ensures their engagement towards meeting business goals and objectives.
• Partners with heads of Finance and Human Resources to ensure integration of these complementary functions into the restaurant & bar’s operating framework.

Requirements:

• Hotel experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
