We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading the team to deliver the highest standards of luxury hospitality in line with Gili Lankanfushi' s values.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and stay experiences while promptly resolving guest concerns.
  • Monitor room inventory, room allocations, and coordinate closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, and other departments.
  • Support the management of Opera PMS, guest profiles, billing accuracy, and Front Office reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, service standards, health & safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, performance management, and the development of Front Office Hosts.

 

 

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of luxury resort experience in a Front Office supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Front Office operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
