We are seeking a proactive Assistant Training Manager to assess training needs, develop and implement annual training plans, and ensure alignment with company directives. This role involves managing budgets, collaborating with HPL hotels, facilitating impactful sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with HR and department heads to enhance training outcomes. The candidate will uphold professionalism and integrity, serve as Secretary for the Training Committee, and coordinate all training initiatives. Additionally, they will be developed and certified to facilitate various workshops, supporting continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Requirements:
- Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Training & Development practices.
- Strong ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development areas.
- Experience in designing and developing training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Proficiency in facilitating training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement
- Strong administrative skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and report generation to support training activities.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training administration and tracking.
