The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction by assisting the Resort Manager in overseeing all aspects of the resort’s daily operations. This includes supervising and supporting operational department heads across F&B, Rooms, Marine, Security, and Spa to maintain seamless and efficient operations. The role also ensures compliance with company policies, financial accountability, and asset management while conducting regular meetings to drive follow-ups and actionable improvements. A key focus is on monitoring guest experiences from arrival to departure, overseeing guest history management, and implementing personalized service initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction. Additionally, the Director of Operations is responsible for maximizing revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and waste reduction, as well as leading training initiatives and maintaining operational manuals. In the absence of the Resort Manager, they take full charge of resort operations to ensure continuity and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 years industry exposure, including a demonstrated 2-year track record as second in command of a Hotel/Resort.
