Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Culinary with a minimum of 2-year experience in a similar role in an upscale resort
- Well versed with HACCP and the up to date culinary trends
- Good interpersonal and training skills
- Great managerial s and communication skills
- Ability to manage employees from different nationalities
- Creative and Innovative
