Requirements:

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef in an upscale Resort environment
Ability to manage the day to day operation of the Culinary team with multinationals
Good interpersonal and training skills
Knowledge of International cuisine
Great communication skills both written and spoken
Great leadership and people skills
