Requirements:

As a Ms. Friday, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience of uninterrupted, quality service. You will coordinate all guest requests with the relevant service departments to create an unforgettable experience for them. You will go beyond the call of duty, with the help of your colleagues, to ensure guests are happy with their stay

Essential Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Energetic and enthusiastic, service oriented, with the ability to work under pressure
Exceptional guest contact skills with an eye for details
Ability to communicate clearly, plan in advance and coordinate activities
Butler experience desirable
