We are seeking a passionate Marketing Supervisor to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will report to the Revenue & Reservations Manager and support the implementation of marketing and communication activities in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in planning and executing integrated marketing, branding, and PR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and collateral while ensuring consistent brand standards across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, online campaigns, social media presence, influencer engagement, and online reputation support.
- Support public relations activities and maintain strong coordination with media, PR agencies, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, digital ROI, trends, and competitor activity while supporting departmental administration and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools, and content management.
- Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen sense of branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
