Description:
This is a line managerial level opportunity for an International experience Sous Chef who has a passionate and creative approach to maintaining consistently high standards of food presentation and quality. You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation and will be responsible for managing of all kitchen work areas.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary
- Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role
- Abel to create menu from diverse culinary background
- Well verse with HACCP
- Able to make direction and follow through
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to manage the employees from different nationalities
- Impeccable presentation and hygiene
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
