Requirements:

As Spa Manager, you will lead the team with the day-to-day activity of the Spa, including the Yoga activity, sourcing and inviting Visiting practitioners,s and the Spa retail sales.

You must be able to prepare the budget and come with the innovative activity to attract the guest and achieve the targeted daily revenue

• Minimum 03 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort/hotel.
• Be up-to-date with current trends/techniques in the World of Wellness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure leading a diverse multicultural team.
• Previous 'remote living'/Island experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal communicator with personable character, good in relation-building.
• Strong technical and people management skills.
• Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to changing environment.
• The ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and colleagues, demonstrates success in revenue achievement and expense management.
• Ability to understand and achieve established targets in terms of sales and spa revenue.
• Computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Should be certified in either CISDESCO, ITEC, or CIBTAC or with relevant certification.
