We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Spa Manager to join our Spa team. This position reports directly to the Resort Manager and plays a key role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all spa operations, including overseeing team members delivering spa services. The role focuses on ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, fostering employee engagement, and achieving the approved operating budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of service quality
• Supervise, motivate, train, and develop the spa team to achieve excellence
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve budget and revenue targets
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and brand standards in compliance with five-star resort requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Spa Manager role within a five-star luxury resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience handling a multicultural team
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage operating budgets effectively
• In-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, retail sales, and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
• Professional certification in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Sound knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards applicable to luxury spa operations
