Assistant Director of Finance is a key member of the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Management Team who supports and oversees the daily financial operations of the hotel. This role is responsible for supervising the finance team, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and driving financial strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and brand standards.

The Assistant Director of Finance collaborates closely with department heads and senior leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, and compliance. This position plays a vital role in maximizing profitability, improving efficiency, and supporting business decisions with accurate financial data and insights.

Our ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of hospitality finance, exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements:

We are looking for a person who posses following qualifications:

• Ability to liaise & communicate in English with external stakeholders like bankers, auditors, owner reps, oversea vendors etc
• Minimum graduated with a degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 5 years prior managerial level experience in the Hotel Financial & Accounting area either in an international branded four- or five-star hotel would be an  advantage.
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Hotel Accounting software would be a strong plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
