Job Summary

To plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management Activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as Employee Compensation, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Policies & Disciplinary Action, and Regulatory compliance to all departments and individual Team Members.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum three to five years human resources experience, specifically in the hotel business.
• Proven ability to work in team working style in complex, interdependent organization.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization.
• Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met.
• Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
• Good organization skills
• Flexible, able to work strategically and at a hands on level
• Good command of English both written and verbal, and communication skills
• Computer literate, especially, the Microsoft Office (words, excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in HRIS especially for Eagle Technology software will be advantage.
