Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for an Assistant Vibe Manager or Vibe Manager (Recreation) to be another member of our management team and be a part of this cultural icon. Assistant Vibe Manager or Vibe Manager (Recreation) will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary

• Manage Beach Club department professionally ensuring high standards of service, maximizing profitability and training process.
• Monitor Beach Club staff to service the guests with a high standard of performance.
• Take immediate action to find the solution in terms of guest requests or guest complaints etc.
• To arrange & organize team building for the guest’s activities.
• To arrange and develop new entertainment programs such as the show, comedy, dances, costumes, and equipment for the hotel’s guests.
• To manage the kids’ programs such as birthday party, Tabu family club program, and Beach club shows and entertainment.
• Ensuring the Safety & security of the guests is first priority.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

• Graduated from Sports Science or related flied, New graduation will be considered.
• 3-5 years prior managerial level experience in the Hotel Recreation area either in an internationally branded four or five-star hotel would be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills – non negotiable.
• Ability in leading, guiding, training, and motivating team members.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills required.
