Engineering Administrator will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Roles

• Co-ordinate day to day hotel operations and do maintenance daily/weekly/monthly report.
• Establish and maintain professionally and effective communication channel within the Engineering Department and also support other departments.
• Have a good understanding of the hotel’s emergency procedures and ensure implementation of those related to the departments under your supervision when required.
• Effectively prepare, conduct and follow-up engineering tasks to support other concerns department.
• Distribute all memos, letters and arrange internal and external appointments

Requirements:

• Male / Female, THAI Nationality age should not over 35 years.
• Graduate with a degree or higher in related fields
• The incumbent is expected to have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Should be a leader who possesses good analytical skills with strong management and problem solving expertise.
• Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable
• Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented with strong sense of achievement
• Good command of English both written and verbal, business language and communication skills.
• Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate are essential
• This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
