Hard Rock Cafe - Server will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary

• Deliver unique, memorable and professional dining experiences to guests.
• Provide friendly, efficient and attentive food and beverage service.
• Create authentic guest experiences reflecting the Hard Rock brand.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Build positive guest relationships through genuine and engaging interactions.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed service expectations.
• Support teamwork to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel and restaurant food & beverage operations.
• Friendly personality with a strong service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, cheerful and self-confident personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic spoken English communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
