Rock Agent – Lifeguard will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary:

• Be the Rock Agent (RA) and Hard Rock Ambassador, delivering unique, memorable and authentic guest experiences through the Hard Rock spirit of rock, roll and relax.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by providing professional lifeguard services and maintaining a safe swimming pool environment.
• Engage guests through animation and recreational activities while delivering exceptional service in accordance with Hard Rock standard

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar position, preferably in a hotel, resort or water recreation environment.
• Valid Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Good knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques and emergency response procedures.
• Physically fit and able to perform lifeguard duties and water rescue operations.
• Friendly personality with a strong service mindset.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to engage and interact confidently with guests of all ages.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, motivate and support team members.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to participate in and support recreational, entertainment and animation activities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
