Rock Agent – Ticket Agent will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary

• Being the “Rock Animator- RA” or so called “Hard Rock Ambassador”, to create a memorable Hard Rock Experiences through their Rock ‘n’ Roll attitude and personal talent.
• Provide unique, memorable and professional service to Stars reflecting our image of rock, roll and relax.
• Participate in the implementation of animation activities and ensure high standards of service in your department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

•  THAI Nationality, who has working experience in Hotel Business would be a strong plus.
• Graduated from Sports Science or related flied, New graduation will be considered.
• Good personality and service minded.
• Work in experience 1 year minimum in Ticket Agent or Kids Club or related job function.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability in leading, guiding, training, and motivating team members.
• Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
• Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills – non negotiable.
