Vibe Manager is a member of the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Management Team who is responsible for creating an energetic, engaging, and unforgettable guest experience through dynamic recreational activities, entertainment programming, and wellness initiatives. This role leads the Recreation team to ensure the delivery of high-impact activities that reflect the brand's fun, edgy, and inclusive spirit.

The Vibe Manager designs and manages daily programs and signature events, oversees guest engagement activities, and collaborates with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey. This position is also responsible for supervising fitness, pool, and recreation areas while ensuring all activities are safe, professional, and aligned with Hard Rock standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a person who posses following qualifications:

• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively in English with guests of all ages, external vendors, entertainers, and other hotel departments.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5 years of prior managerial-level experience in recreation, guest engagement, or entertainment in a four- or five-star international branded hotel or resort is highly preferred.
• Strong background in organizing large- and small-scale events, fitness/wellness programs, and children’s or family activities.
• Must have experience in using recreation and event management systems. Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and guest engagement skills are essential.
• A creative mindset with the ability to energize a team and guests alike.
• Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
