Description:
- Lead the organization of the Front Desk, Telephone Operations, Business Center and Concierge Services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction is high by personally exceeding guest expectations
- Give clear, concise directions, provide support and supervise Front Office to ensure that directions are properly executed
- Assist the Front Office Manager in preparing the department's annual business plan
- Handle all guests’ complaints or situations in your respective area by using our Service Recovery techniques
- Ensure a strict control in protecting confidential information of Hotel’s guests
- Assist in controlling emergency situations
- Assist in training and development of new and existing Front Office staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity from the hospitality industry.
- Good time management and organizing skills with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia
