Description:

  • Lead the organization of the Front Desk, Telephone Operations, Business Center and Concierge Services.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction is high by personally exceeding guest expectations
  • Give clear, concise directions, provide support and supervise Front Office to ensure that directions are properly executed
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in preparing the department's annual business plan
  • Handle all guests’ complaints or situations in your respective area by using our Service Recovery techniques
  • Ensure a strict control in protecting confidential information of Hotel’s guests
  • Assist in controlling emergency situations
  • Assist in training and development of new and existing Front Office staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity from the hospitality industry.
  • Good time management and organizing skills with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia
