Description:

Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions are applied in the delivery of the guest experience in the pool area, towel counter, function areas, lobby lounges, Roxity Kids Club & Tabu Teens Club. You will also:

• assist and animate guests events and activities
• ensure the safety and well being of guests in and around the pool area
• create moments of surprise and excitement to our guests
• assist in poolside guest service at the towel counter
• organize, oversee and run the cabana rental service
• organize, oversee and run the Tabu Teens Club
• assist all disabled guests, senior citizens and children
• conduct memorabilia tours

Requirements:

• Ability to swim and always alert
• Strong customer service skills
• A good imagination to plan activities that are fun
• The ability to cope with unexpected situations
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia
