Description:

Main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in the pool area, towel counter, functions areas, function rooms, lobby, lounges, Roxity Kids Club & Tabu Teens Club.

• Ensure the safety and well being of all children in the care of the Roxity Kids Club
• Create moments of surprise & excitement to our guests
• Assist in the operation & execution side of all events & activities
• Organize, oversee and run the childcare services at the Roxity Kids Club
• Handle service recovery
• Participate in philanthropic activities organized by the company
• Assists in poolside guest services at the towel counter when rostered
• Organize, oversee and run the cabana rental service
• Assist in the operations of the Tabu Teens Club

Requirements:

• Possess a genuinely warm, caring and nurturing attitude towards children
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A good imagination to plan activities that are fun
• The ability to cope with unexpected situations
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
