Description:
Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in lounges, front desk, reception & lobby area, through telephone and etc. You will:
- welcome, greet, assist VIPs, guests during arrival, stay and departure, i.e. check in, check out, guest registration process.
- assist in check in, check out and guest registration process.
- handle guests’ requests, inquiries and complains by using the service recovery techniques.
- prepare & schedule the necessary for the arrival of VIPs or guests enrolled with hotel’s loyalty program.
- provide information on Penang, hotel facilities, memorabilia & etc.
- provide secretarial services to guest such as but not limited to send, receive email, fax, parcel.
- handle billing, handle cashiering and update Guests’ folio.
- escort guest to the room & assisting with the luggage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia.
