Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in lounges, front desk, reception & lobby area, through telephone and etc. You will:

  • welcome, greet, assist Guests’ or passer-by during arrival check-in, stay & departure check-out, i.e. delivery, pick up luggage, storage, showing directions
  • handle Guests’ requests, inquiries and complains by using the Service recovery techniques
  • provide Valet parking service
  • maintain cleanliness at your work areas
  • assisting in check in, check out and guest registration process
  • demonstrate impeccable product knowledge including but not limited to hotel and café memorabilia, operation hours and etc.


  • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
  • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset
  • Possess driving license
  • This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia
