Description:

Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in Hard Rock Cafe. You will:

  • greet guests
  • take guests’ orders, properly read items printed on order tickets, assembling orders - double checking product quality and specs, run food
  • handle cash & other forms of payment, make proficient sales transactions - use a point-of-sale system
  • properly checks I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under 20 years old, also during pub hours
  • demonstrate responsible alcohol service
  • satisfy any/all needs of the guests
  • perform opening, closing & side duties
  • effectively communicating with co-workers etc. kitchen
  • entertain guests to create “Raving Fans”

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
  • Strong customer service skills
  • This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia
