Description:
- Supports the Senior Talent Development Manager in the implementation of training and development system and its policies and procedures for the Hotel.
- Conducts classroom training programs using corporate’s training kit.
- Handles and manages the administration of the hotel’s training database and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) accurately and timely.
- Handles and manages the hotel’s recruitment of interns and their welfare.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Hospitality Management or Diploma in Psychology or at least 3 years of working experience that is related to the training & development function.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Keen interest and passionate for continuous learning and facilitating classroom trainings for rank and file participants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details with sound administrative skills
- Self-driven with a presentable outlook and friendly personality
