Description:

This position is responsible from both an operational and strategic perspective for the effective leadership and management of the Room department in the Hotel to achieve planned business objectives and goals of the Engineering while maintaining brand and Hotel standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and internal processes as well as meeting regulatory compliances of The Boathouse Phuket.

- Male 40-45 years old
- 5 years experience in 4-5 star hotel
- Good Service Mindset & Attitude
- Good Maintenance knowledge and Operations
- Management Skill + Planning
- Work well under pressure
