Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to achieve the hotel’s annual Rooms revenue targets by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business. The role focuses on driving occupancy, optimizing room rates and maximizing revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while proactively generating new business leads.

  • Conduct sales calls, client entertainments and market research to identify opportunities and market trends.

  • Propose and recommend room rates in line with hotel policies to maximize profitability.

  • Prepare and execute sales plans, reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Represent the hotel professionally at industry events, networking functions and VIP functions.

  • Ensure timely submission of sales expenses, reports and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business or Marketing.

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ hotel sales experience preferably in Rooms.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

  • Willing to travel locally and regionally as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

  • Well-groomed, professional and customer-focused.
