Description:
Objective
To develop and maintain a highly profitable and effective Food and Beverage (F&B) Department that is renowned for its cuisine and food & beverage services
Main Duties:
- Provide leadership for the overall direction and operations of all F&B outlets and banqueting.
- Design, develop and implement the specific goals, policies and strategies for the department to achieve and maintain high standards quality and maximum profitability for department
- Develop implement, and update the F&B Operations Manual
- Establish F&B outlets for the Hotel, including the food, beverage and service offers at the Hotel in form of menus, recipes, entertainment programme and price lists
- Provide leadership decisions to ensure the timely, correct, safe, effective and efficient purchase (or request), set-up, storage, maintenance and use of all resources, programmes and systems (e.g., manning, furniture, fixtures, equipment, records, customer and competitor information and database) used by the department such that the brand promise is kept and that the Hotel’s policies and procedures are adhered to
- Participate in Hotel events and regular communication sessions by the management (eg., Operations meetings, HOD meetings, Hosts events) and communicate relevant and important issues to hosts in his department

- Candidate should possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity
- Ability to formulate marketing and promotion plans
- Openness to new ideas
- Good interpersonal skills
