Reporting to Director of Human Resources, the selected candidate is responsible to assist the Director in managing, implementing and supervising all HR activities and functions, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the Hotel while falling within the guidelines of the Hotel’s Human Resources policies and initiatives.
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Good command of English
- Strong Leadership skill
- Ability to work with all levels
- Knowledge of local labour laws and industry practices.
- Implementation of policies and procedures.
