To carry out administrative duties within the Sales team

  1. Assistance to Sales Manager
  • Assist Managers with telemarketing and administrative support
  • Conduct site inspections for Managers when necessary
  • Maintain and update the Room Sales database for marketing communications, email blitz, electronic direct marketing
  • Organize, co-ordinate and conduct site inspections
  • Assist in arranging necessary documents for Managers planning business trips
  • Assist in client queries and requests on behalf of Sales Manager to the best of ability
  1. Others
  • Demonstrate effective communications in promoting Concorde Hotel Singapore products and services
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Manager and Hotel


  • Preferably GCE ‘O’ level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry in a similar capacity
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Only Singaporeans
