Description:
To carry out administrative duties within the Sales team
- Assistance to Sales Manager
- Assist Managers with telemarketing and administrative support
- Conduct site inspections for Managers when necessary
- Maintain and update the Room Sales database for marketing communications, email blitz, electronic direct marketing
- Organize, co-ordinate and conduct site inspections
- Assist in arranging necessary documents for Managers planning business trips
- Assist in client queries and requests on behalf of Sales Manager to the best of ability
- Others
- Demonstrate effective communications in promoting Concorde Hotel Singapore products and services
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Manager and Hotel
Requirements:
- Preferably GCE ‘O’ level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry in a similar capacity
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Only Singaporeans
